The Basics:
The charger is factory preset to charge in MODE-1 which will cover all (Lead Acid or Flooded) golf cart battery applications. This is a auto sense – with a range of approx 200-255Ah with is a little hot for a cheap 8 volt golf cart battery from like Sams, Wal Mart most parts stores… ( Usually a black box with the company sticker on it – Usually manufactured in Mexico or Korea) But a quality battery like Trojan Golf Cart Batteries or US Batteries like to get charged hotter than most.
